About Me! Who Am I?

My name is Jennifer and I am the founder and CEO of The CORE Health and Wellness Ltd. and creator of The Breakup Recovery Method.

In 2019 I found myself overwhelmed and consumed by stress and anxiety following the end of a long term relationship. After much research, self discovery and trial and error, I learned how to better manage my emotions, overcome challenges and feel stronger than ever before. I was able to build confidence and independence and began creating a life and identity that truly embodies joy and happiness.

I continue to learn and grow each day and feel passionately about helping others do the same. I have made it my mission to provide an open space for connection and support, and provide easily accessible resources to help people navigate challenging life circumstances.
